Due to the nature of our coaching services, which involve the transfer of knowledge and skills, all sales are final. Once a coaching package or individual session has been purchased, refunds are generally not provided.

- Technical Issues: If there are significant technical issues preventing the delivery of coaching services, where you do not have access to course and program and such issue isn’t rectified, we will offer a full refund or reschedule sessions.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that significantly impact the delivery of coaching services, we may offer a refund or adjustment.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the above exceptions, you must submit a written request to chikasocialmediaguru@gmail.com within 72 hours of the payment or delay as the case may be. Your request must clearly outline the reason for the refund and provide any relevant documentation and a refund will be processed in 15 working days.

To further clarify our refund policy, the following are generally not considered valid reasons for a refund:
- Buyer’s Remorse: Dissatisfaction with your decision to register after the coaching has begun.

- Time Constraints: Inability to dedicate sufficient time to the coaching program.
- Misunderstanding of Services: Failure to thoroughly review the coaching package details before registeration
- Change of Mind: Deciding to pursue a different path or approach after registering for the coaching program.
